Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s software products and internal workflows.
- Identify and generate demand by creating qualified sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-standing business relationships while exploring potential leads among new prospects.
- Schedule software demonstration appointments using outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and other communication channels.
- Receive mentoring and guidance from experienced sales professionals to adopt best practices and strategic approaches.
- Effectively manage and monitor your sales leads and pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduates are welcome; a degree is preferred but not mandatory if you can prove commercial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Works independently with a proactive attitude and quick learning capability.
- Resilient, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

- Competitive base salary of £26,000 with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £30,000 in the first year.
