- Create and maintain detailed stakeholder maps, engaging proactively with internal and external participants—including C-Level executives—to assure aligned goals and smooth deal execution.
- Manage the full Request for Proposal/Information (RFP/I) cycle by gathering inputs from relevant departments, refining proposals for clarity and compliance, maintaining standardized response repositories, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Coordinate deal-related workstreams, decisions, and communications to sustain internal and external coherence.
- Facilitate regular project meetings across internal teams and with external stakeholders at various levels to drive deal progression.
- Contribute to global sales operations initiatives by providing resources and tools that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support marketing efforts, including content creation and events, to generate and increase the sales funnel within APAC.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese or Korean, both spoken and written, to communicate with non-English-speaking clients, evaluate localized RFP documents, and manage market-specific stakeholders.
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales enablement or go-to-market roles within payments, banking, financial services, consulting, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios featuring multiple simultaneous workstreams and diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in project management and collaboration tools like Airtable, Asana, Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Capability to analyze raw data, draw actionable insights, and formulate strategic advice, including the use of basic SQL queries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven with the capacity to operate autonomously with limited oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle various tasks effectively.
- Innovative and proactive mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas.
- Adaptable and resourceful, adept at creating and refining processes in a dynamic environment.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Experience working in enterprise sales teams addressing multi-stakeholder deals and employing consultative sales alongside account-based marketing strategies.
