Role Overview
- Conduct in-home sales and service, leveraging hot leads supplied by the national customer service centre.
- Expand and maintain a customer base within the local area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Assess and accurately record measurements and product requirements.
- Align products and services precisely with customer needs.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators and effectively organize workflow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a valid driver's licence.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Has retail and/or showroom sales experience.
- Brings 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and strong drive for success.
- Available to work every second Saturday on a rotating roster.
- Experience in consultative and in-home selling is preferred.
- Comfortable using IT tools including PC/tablet devices and Microsoft Windows programs.
