Sales Associate

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving sales across furniture, technology, and supplies departments in the store. You will work closely with store leaders to meet sales targets and maintain operational and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong engagement and satisfaction.
• Promote sales of furniture, technology, and store supplies by understanding customer needs and tailoring product recommendations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to establish and achieve sales and margin objectives.
• Ensure the store maintains operational excellence and complies with brand standards.
• Support merchandising efforts by maintaining signage, planograms, and stocking displays.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies at all times.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to conduct transactions, including shipping services and marketing initiatives to enhance sales conversion.
• Address complex or challenging customer situations calmly, resolving issues effectively or escalating when necessary.
• Maintain tidiness and safety in the store by dusting, facing products, and keeping demonstration units clean and operational.

Qualifications

• Preferably, possess between 3 months to 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team setting.
