Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Staples Canada in Kingston, Ontario, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing all available tools and selling techniques to deliver tailored product and service offerings that anticipate customer needs.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions effectively, including shipping tasks, employing marketing tools to boost customer conversion.
• Maintain store operational standards and brand compliance, including merchandising, signage, planograms, and stocking tasks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment through routine activities such as dusting, front-facing products, and upkeep of demo units.
• Follow Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies carefully.
• Handle challenging customer interactions calmly to resolve issues or escalate appropriately to management.

Required Qualifications

• Between three months to one year of retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
