Role Overview
The Sales Associate will be part of an exceptional team advancing the future of sleep wellness. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting quality products and services, maintaining attractive store presentations, assisting with inventory management, and collaborating with sales team members to exceed objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to assess their preferences and promote our quality offerings.
- Maintain visual appeal of the store through product presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Support inventory activities by receiving stock, organizing, and completing inventory counts accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to surpass sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, though this is not mandatory as training is provided.
- Exhibit a positive and optimistic attitude with strong customer focus.
- Motivated, ambitious, and open to ongoing education and professional growth.
- Availability to work during days, evenings, and weekends.
- Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to independently resolve challenges.
