Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory controls, maintain merchandising standards alongside managers, supervise backroom organization, and generate regular reports on stock and sales trends to uphold operational excellence.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives, support associate performance discussions, and foster a culture focused on high sales and performance.
• Ensure clear, prompt communication within the team by leading meetings and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing policies, conducting inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
• Handle administrative responsibilities such as front office duties, weekly cash office management, and reporting to ensure accurate financial processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years' retail customer service experience is essential.
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role with direct responsibility for meeting sales and service goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated aptitude for visual merchandising with a strong attention to detail.
