Job Description and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing inquiries from prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage in consultative discussions to assess student requirements and provide tailored school recommendations.
• Support families throughout the admissions and enrolment process, ensuring clarity and ease of experience.
• Follow up diligently on leads, aiming to maintain strong conversion rates.
• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records using the company's CRM platform.
• Work collaboratively with the admissions department, marketing team, and school-based staff.
• Develop robust relationships with prospective parents and students to enhance their customer experience.
• Achieve both individual and collective recruitment targets aligned with company goals.
• Offer market intelligence and feedback to refine recruitment strategies continuously.

Work Schedule

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, student recruitment, admissions, hospitality, travel, or education sectors is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
• Capability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment involving inbound and outbound interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous follow-up practices.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time onsite in Dubai.

Preferred qualifications include experience within education-related fields like international schools, higher education, admissions, or student recruitment and exposure to Asian markets or Mandarin-speaking clientele.
