Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Charlottetown. The successful candidate will interact with customers to understand their needs, promote high-quality sleep products, maintain store presentation standards, contribute to inventory management, and collaborate with the sales team to surpass targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify their requirements and introduce suitable sleep-related products and services.
• Maintain visual appeal of the store through effective product displays, restocking, and cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and performing inventory checks to keep accurate product counts.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; however, candidates with the right attitude will be considered as training is provided.
• A positive outlook with strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ambition to pursue ongoing learning and development.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and solve problems independently.
