Role Overview
This role involves working rotating shifts with weekend duties, typically 10-hour days over 4 days from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. You will be part of a dynamic operations team focused on delivering outstanding service and ensuring each customer receives their products in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by professionally and enthusiastically delivering products to customers’ residences.
- Collaborate closely with team members, alternating duties between driving and assisting during deliveries.
- Safely handle, transport, and, when needed, assemble products inside customers’ homes while adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Complete and manage the required documentation associated with each delivery.
- Contribute to team success by helping the operations group achieve and surpass performance goals and expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical strength to lift and move heavy items, up to 88 lbs (40 kilograms).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to think quickly and effectively solve problems in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in warehouse or delivery operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

This role is currently open with a starting pay rate of $24.16 per hour, adjusted based on local market factors.
