Role Overview

We seek a passionate Sales Associate to join our team in Edmonton. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and promote our high-quality sleep products and services. Maintaining store appearance, supporting inventory management, and collaborating with the sales team to exceed targets are key parts of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess their requirements and promote offerings.
• Keep the store visually appealing through product displays, replenishment, and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting inventory counts for accuracy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and surpass sales objectives.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• A positive attitude coupled with strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Motivated to engage in ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Available for shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving independence.
