About the Role
Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to represent the brand in its Singapore boutique. Ideal candidates have prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality and are detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, inquisitive, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to provide a persuasive and engaging client experience. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a representative of Van Cleef & Arpels, warmly welcoming and assisting visitors and clients to the boutique.
- Drive sales growth by recruiting new clients, nurturing loyalty, and meeting sales targets.
- Enhance clients' knowledge by sharing the Maison's universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration.
- Deliver exceptional client service by personalizing interactions and anticipating customer needs.
- Attend to all visitor inquiries, providing after-sales service and care guidance.
- Foster a positive team environment through active participation in daily boutique activities.
- Achieve operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to company policies and procedures.
