PR Executive - UAE National

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out the regional public relations strategy across multiple markets in the MEIAT region.
• Manage and coordinate daily media requests and activities in collaboration with regional markets.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with regional media, supporting interviews, editorial placements, and press inquiries.
• Organize press releases, including managing translations, approvals, distribution scheduling, and maintaining accurate media contact lists.
• Support the planning and delivery of press events, presentations, activations, and press trips.
• Coordinate local and international photoshoots, including creation handling, consignment management, and logistics alignment with Maison standards.
• Track media coverage, prepare PR reports, and identify noteworthy editorial insights.
• Maintain PR calendars, trackers, databases, and project timelines to ensure systematic and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with agencies, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to manage multiple PR projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Anticipate team needs and proactively support upcoming launches, events, and editorial opportunities.
• Ensure the Maison’s brand image and reputation are consistently upheld in all external communications and engagements.
