About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and confident Sales Associate to join our team in Perth. The ideal candidate is curious, dependable, and thrives working collaboratively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage clients persuasively while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels by warmly welcoming and assisting all boutique visitors and clients.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, fostering loyalty, and meeting set commercial targets.
- Educate clients about our heritage, unique creations, and sources of inspiration to deepen their appreciation.
- Provide outstanding personalized service by anticipating client needs and managing after-sales support including care advice.
- Contribute positively to team spirit and participate proactively in daily boutique activities.
- Ensure operational excellence through mastery of in-store systems and adherence to commercial policies and procedures.
