About the Role
Join H&T Group Ltd, the UK’s leading pawnbroker and a notable jewellery and watch retailer, as a Store Colleague based in Stirling. This full-time position offers 37.5 contracted hours per week with flexible scheduling required across Monday to Sunday. You will be the personable face welcoming customers, delivering expert service and tailored solutions in a dynamic retail environment. Experience in pawnbroking is not necessary as full training will be provided, but a genuine interest in people and a strong sense of integrity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail, and financial product inquiries
- Uphold high compliance standards and maintain excellent store presentation
- Collaborate effectively with team members to surpass sales targets
- Manage transactions accurately and securely
- Additional languages are advantageous due to customer diversity, though not required
