Key Responsibilities

• Support merchandising and signage responsibilities including adherence to planograms and stock management.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, Asset Protection guidelines, and Privacy policies.
• Use tailored selling tools and strategies to anticipate and fulfill customer needs effectively.
• Process customer transactions accurately through the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping and marketing efforts aimed at increasing conversions.
• Manage challenging customer interactions calmly, resolving issues or escalating to management as necessary.
• Keep the store environment clean, organized, and inviting by performing duties such as dusting, front-facing products, and maintaining demo units.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably possess between three months to one year of prior retail experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and a strong focus on customer service.
• Capable of working productively as part of a team environment.
