Role Summary

As a Sales Assistant at H&T, you will be the welcoming face of our business, providing personalized support to a diverse customer base in our store. No prior pawnbroking experience is required, just enthusiasm for people, integrity, and a willingness to learn. Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism
• Support customers across various services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial offerings
• Ensure strict compliance with policies and uphold store presentation standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
• Conduct transactions with accuracy and security
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous due to our diverse clientele, though not mandatory

Compensation and Schedule

The starting pay rate is £12.75 per hour (£24,863 annually) which increases to £13.44 per hour after completing training. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 contracted hours per week. Flexibility is required to work any day from Monday through Sunday. There is an opportunity to earn up to an additional £2,000 annually based on performance-related bonuses.
