As a Store Colleague, you will be the friendly face welcoming and assisting customers across more than 285 stores nationwide. Your role involves understanding individual customer needs, proposing personalized solutions, and ensuring they receive the best service possible. No prior experience in pawnbroking is necessary; what counts is your genuine interest in people, strong ethics, and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
• Support customers through various services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a neat, well-presented store environment
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet and exceed store goals
• Conduct transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous due to the diverse clientele but are not mandatory

Compensation and Schedule

Starting salary is £12.75 per hour (£24,863 annually), rising to £13.44 after completion of full training. There is flexibility required to work on any day from Monday through Sunday. Additionally, employees can earn discretionary bonuses up to £2,000 yearly based on key performance indicators.
