Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a small team setting to deliver outstanding customer service, building relationships with regular patrons.
• Manage product merchandising and implement marketing initiatives as directed.
• Support bakery cleanliness and production tasks, including opportunities to learn baking skills.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine pride in providing personable and excellent customer experiences.
• Positive attitude and approachable demeanor.
• Dependable, self-driven, and willing to acquire new skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Retail experience and familiarity with cash, debit, and credit transactions is highly valued.
• Previous tenure at COBS Bread or similar fast-paced environments is preferred.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods of standing and walking during shifts.
• Regular use of both hands.
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 22 kg), frequent handling of items up to 7.5 kg, as well as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and crouching motions.
• Consistent interaction with computer/POS systems.

Additional Information

• Availability must include weekdays and weekends, with shifts potentially starting as early as 6 a.m. and ending as late as 9 p.m.
