Sales Advisor

Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Mysore, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer journey by welcoming shoppers, offering them guidance, and showcasing our diverse fashion products. Aligned with company values, you will contribute actively to your own and the brand's success.

Primary Duties

• Utilize your fashion and product expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Work cohesively with your team to provide excellent service throughout the customer experience.
• Maintain the organization, stock levels, and appeal of the sales floor and storage areas.
• Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent both your personal professionalism and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

Team Environment

Be part of a dynamic Store Team where roles from Sales Advisors to Department and Store Managers collaborate. You will also connect with the wider Area Team across stores to share insights, enhancing collective success and customer satisfaction through fashion and style.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within fashion, retail, or analogous sectors.
• Strong passion for fashion alongside enthusiasm for creating memorable in-store experiences and driving sales.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage with store technology.

Additional Details

This is a full-time role located at the Mysore Forum Mall store. You will report directly to the Department Manager. Our recruitment policy is equity-based and competency-focused; hence, cover letters are not required during application.
