Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive sales, increase profit margins, and deliver excellent in-branch service.
  • Gain extensive product knowledge of LKQ Euro Car Parts to be recognized as a trusted adviser to customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with all branch departments to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all customer callbacks.
  • Partner with internal teams to stay informed about products and anticipate customer needs.
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand return patterns and reduce returns through improved customer rapport.
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities across customer segments and product lines.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in roles involving sales advice or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office suite applications.
  • Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) systems.
  • Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets with a results-focused approach.
