Overview
At The Ned and Ned's Club, our guests expect top-quality food and beverages across our ten diverse restaurants. Our runners play a vital role by ensuring timely delivery of meals and drinks to tables, while supporting the waiting staff with necessary items to facilitate exceptional service.
About The Ned
Located in the heart of the City of London, The Ned launched in 2017 within the historic former Midland Bank building. It encompasses a private members' club, spa, event spaces, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel rooms, creating a vibrant social hub for members and visitors alike.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintain supplies for floor teams, including glassware, cutlery, and other equipment, enabling seamless guest service.
- Transport food and drinks to guests’ tables, clearly announcing each item upon delivery.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all needed items are at the right location on time for smooth service flow.
- Assist floor teams by keeping the restaurant environment clean and neat to uphold a professional impression.

Candidate Profile
- No prior experience required; motivated individuals with a willingness to learn will thrive.

- Good communication skills to provide additional support and respond to guest inquiries effectively.
