Job Overview

The Ned Doha seeks a dependable and professional Hotel Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation services for guests. This role is critical in ensuring first-class hospitality through timely, safe travel and a friendly welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests securely between the hotel and a range of destinations including airports, tourist spots, and business venues.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and facilitate an enjoyable travel experience.
• Share helpful local knowledge about attractions, landmarks, and hotel amenities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of hotel vehicles at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues related to maintenance or safety promptly.
• Follow all Qatar traffic laws, safety guidelines, and hotel policies strictly to ensure guest and colleague safety.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to maintain service efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or vehicle maintenance needs.
• Deliver high-quality guest service by responding courteously and professionally to all guest requests and questions.
• Assist with additional operational duties as assigned by management to support smooth hotel functioning.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a valid Qatar Driving License with a spotless driving record.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar’s roadways, traffic rules, and major locations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• A genuine customer service orientation aimed at crafting positive guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Presentable appearance, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Physical ability to safely handle guest luggage.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is an added advantage.
