The Ned and Ned's Club represent a worldwide network of hotels, clubs, spas, and eateries designed as spaces for like-minded individuals to socialize, work, and unwind. Opened in 2017 within the historic Midland Bank headquarters in the City of London, The Ned includes ten diverse restaurants and bars, a members-only club area, a gym and rooftop, public spa facilities, event spaces, and 250 hotel rooms.

Role Overview

As part of the restaurant team, runners ensure food and drink are promptly delivered to tables and that floor staff remain well supplied with necessary items such as glassware and silverware. This role supports an exceptional guest experience by maintaining smooth, efficient service across busy dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock floor teams with essential items like glassware, equipment, and silverware to sustain excellent customer service
• Deliver food and beverages to guests, communicating the items upon delivery to the correct patrons
• Operate quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment to ensure timely provision of everything needed for uninterrupted service
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant, supporting a polished and professional atmosphere for customers

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience required; an energetic attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

• Communicate courteously and helpfully with guests who may ask for assistance or information
• Aspirants interested in future advancement toward waiter roles are especially encouraged, though this is not mandatory
