Role Overview

We are seeking a warm and confident Hostess to greet guests and set the tone for their memorable visit. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with diverse guests, and thrives in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Effectively manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Escort guests to their tables while providing relevant information about the restaurant.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to maintain seamless service operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a well-organized reception area and manage reservations accurately.
• Ensure a positive first impression consistent with The Ned Doha's high hospitality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in roles such as Hostess, Receptionist, or Guest Relations within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A friendly, confident, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• Deep passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual tax-free salary of QAR 32,400.
