Role Overview

We are looking for a capable and engaging Head Bartender who possesses extensive experience in bartending alongside barista operations, to oversee and elevate our hotel bar's daily operations in a luxury setting.

Key Duties

• Direct and supervise daily bar activities, ensuring impeccable service standards.
• Design and implement creative cocktail, mocktail, and coffee menus that reflect the brand's luxury image.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality beverages including premium cocktails and specialty coffee drinks.
• Coach, mentor and manage the bartender and barista teams to uphold outstanding service quality.
• Maintain uniformity in drink presentation, flavor, and overall service.
• Handle inventory management, stock controls, and coordinate with suppliers effectively.
• Strictly enforce HACCP principles along with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Provide personalized guest interactions and professionally address feedback.
• Collaborate with food and beverage leadership on promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal specials.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Demonstrated leadership as a Head or Senior Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale venue.
• Strong bartending skills complemented by proficient barista and coffee-making knowledge.
• In-depth expertise in traditional and modern cocktail crafting, specialty coffee, and current beverage trends.
• Effective people management skills to motivate and train a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship management capabilities.
• Familiarity with luxury service expectations and acute attention to detail.
• Availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
