Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages with precision to meet high standards and promote special offers to guests.
• Collaborate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure a fluid and cohesive food and beverage service.
• Prepare the bar area by stocking necessary supplies, maintaining equipment functionality, and managing inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, ensuring the secure storage of alcoholic products.
• Process cash and credit payments accurately during transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in preparing a diverse array of drinks with an advantage given to those with formal bartending credentials.
• Flexibility to cover late shifts and weekend work as needed.
• Physical fitness to actively support bar operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a warm demeanor to enhance the guest experience and leave a lasting impression.
