Key Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef specializing in the cold kitchen, your role centers on meticulous food preparation with a strong focus on presentation and flavor. You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, uphold high culinary standards, and contribute expert knowledge to our menu. Managing multiple orders efficiently under pressure while supporting your kitchen team is essential for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience within kitchen operations or food and beverage service roles.
• A strong commitment to collaborative teamwork.
• Superior guest service capabilities.
• Understanding of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation techniques.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards, including possession of a basic food hygiene certification.
