Role Overview

The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Bartender with enthusiasm for specialty coffee and premium beverages. The role involves crafting exceptional espresso drinks and cocktails, delivering superb hospitality, and engaging sincerely with guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse array of specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other high-quality beverages adhering to superior standards.
• Provide warm, personalized service that ensures memorable experiences for each guest.
• Demonstrate expertise in coffee, beverages, and menu selections by recommending options based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock at the bar and coffee stations during shifts.
• Maintain consistency in drink presentation, taste, and overall quality.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Coordinate effectively with restaurant and bar teams to deliver smooth service, especially during busy periods.
• Offer innovative ideas to enrich the guest experience and beverage menu.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous bartender experience within luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, cafes, or high-end bars.
• Strong competence in preparing specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks.
• Experience in mixing classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive outlook, keen attention to detail, and ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
