Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and upkeep guest rooms following the hotel's standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and chemical handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Manage linen, uniform, and inventory records, consistently maintaining required par stock levels.
• Handle lost and found items with precision and keep accurate documentation.
• Conserve resources by minimizing waste related to linens, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain hotel security by promptly reporting any incidents or suspicious behavior.
• Address VIP guest needs and special requests promptly and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Report any room damages, losses, or maintenance issues to the relevant authorities immediately.
• Clear room service trays and accurately update the status of rooms.
• Communicate the status of rooms marked as sleep-outs, extended "Do Not Disturb", or any other irregularities to the Housekeeping Management team.
