Role Summary

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/ress, you will be a key representative of the hotel, providing courteous and prompt service to guests. Your role will significantly impact guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and comfort within the food and beverage outlets. Working collaboratively with all departments, you will help guarantee efficient and timely operations of these outlets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Effective team player with good collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English for communication.
