Role Overview

As a Room Attendant at our Housekeeping team, your key responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a superior and welcoming environment. You will meticulously clean all areas of the rooms, including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning, while collaborating effectively with your colleagues and extending assistance to guests as required. Your efforts play an essential role in creating memorable, positive experiences for our visitors.

Key Duties

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms by changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to uphold high standards.
• Operate within defined procedures and strive to meet the impeccable standards expected.
• Keep housekeeping trolleys well-stocked and systematically arranged for efficiency.
• Handle cleaning supplies responsibly while strictly following safety measures to maintain a secure workplace.
• Safeguard guest privacy and security, ensuring their comfort and trust.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance concerns to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
