Job Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will be essential in maintaining impeccable standards within guest accommodation and public areas, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to ensure hygiene and tidiness.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities efficiently.
- Vacuum, dust, and uphold cleanliness standards consistently.
- Attend to guest requests promptly with a courteous manner.
- Report any maintenance concerns and manage lost property appropriately.
- Collaborate closely with resort team members to provide exceptional guest service.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Work Schedule
This position requires working across a seven-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, specifically Fridays through Mondays.

Experience and Eligibility
Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
