Room Attendant

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team of a reputable 4-star hotel in Dubai. This role involves ensuring guest rooms are clean, orderly, and meet the hotel’s quality standards for guest comfort and presentation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms following hotel-defined standards.
• Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring a fresh setup.
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms and restock guest toiletries efficiently.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and upkeep all areas within guest rooms consistently.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or missing items and address accordingly.
• Attend to guest requests courteously and professionally.
• Report any functional maintenance concerns or lost and found items to supervisors promptly.
• Use and maintain cleaning tools and supplies properly to uphold hygiene standards.
• Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene, health, and safety protocols.
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional tasks as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior work experience as a Room Attendant, preferably in hotels.
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel properties is considered advantageous.
• Understanding of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically able to perform duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional demeanor coupled with good collaboration skills.
• Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 1,000
• Meal Allowance: AED 200 per month
