Food Server Helper

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, diligent, and service-focused Food Server Helper to join a luxury fine dining restaurant team in Dubai. This role involves assisting waiters and the service team to maintain clean, well-prepared, and fully stocked tables, contributing to a seamless and refined dining experience for guests.

Key Duties

• Assist waiters with daily service operations.
• Prepare and keep tables ready before and during service.
• Arrange plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, menus, and condiments appropriately.
• Replenish guests' water and serve bread, condiments, and other support items.
• Clear used dishes and cutlery professionally and timely.
• Clean and reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
• Aid with serving food and drinks when necessary.
• Ensure accurate delivery of items to guests' tables.
• Respond courteously to guest requests, notifying waiters if further assistance is needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at service stations.
• Support service for VIP guests, celebrations, large parties, and special events.
• Coordinate effectively with waiters, food runners, kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams.
• Assist other sections as directed by management.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, grooming, uniform, and service standards.
• Exhibit professionalism and a positive demeanor throughout shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in restaurant work is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic to good command of English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Friendly, courteous, hardworking, with eagerness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently and swiftly during busy service periods.
• Physically able to stand for long durations and safely carry plates and trays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Reliable, punctual, attentive, and service-oriented disposition.

Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation package begins at AED 2,500 per month.
