Barista

About the Role

A luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai is seeking a friendly, skilled Barista to prepare and serve premium coffee and other beverages, while delivering excellent service in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks following the restaurant's quality standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and associated equipment properly.
• Take customer orders and offer beverage recommendations when necessary.
• Ensure beverages are professionally presented and served.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar and preparation areas.
• Track inventory levels and notify supervisors when resupply is needed.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service protocols.
• Collaborate with the service team to guarantee prompt beverage delivery.
• Politely address guest requests and professionally resolve minor issues.
• Assist with other service tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Prior Barista experience is preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment use.
• Friendly personality with polite demeanor and professional appearance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Capable of working efficiently under peak service times.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.

Compensation

The total monthly package offered is AED 3,500.
