Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of enhancing the platform's rider management and experience frameworks to boost rider skills and retention, while cutting down on rider infractions.
• Create and refine rider behavior guidelines, reward and penalty frameworks, and hierarchical management systems spanning the entire delivery cycle from order acceptance to appeals processing.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and cross-functional teams to analyze frontline feedback and data, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvements in rider management and experience.
• Lead and mentor a direct report, providing guidance and oversight to ensure outstanding operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience in internet operations, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role; experience in rider experience, management, or operations strategy is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with broad scenario analysis and capability to juggle multiple goals and stakeholders without compromising any.
• Adept at viewing challenges through the lens of users, riders, and competitors, interpreting data meaningfully rather than relying on data alone or preconceived patterns.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for professional communication.
