Role Overview

We are seeking an RIAI Qualified Architect with approximately 5 to 8 years of experience since qualification. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on projects delivered under Irish regulations and demonstrate strong competencies in both design development and technical construction phases.

In this role, you will lead project teams through all RIAI stages — from initial concept design and planning permissions to detailed design, construction documentation, and on-site project delivery. You will take ownership in coordinating with consultants, managing responsibilities within the project team, and guiding the technical and practical delivery of projects.

Confidence in producing and reviewing technical details, supporting design choices, and maintaining the integrity of design intent through to project completion is essential.

Software Requirements

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory for successful candidates.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this opportunity is €62,000 to €72,000 annually, dependent on experience and seniority.
