Key Responsibilities
The Bid Manager/Coordinator will closely collaborate with studio Directors and design teams to identify opportunities and craft compelling submissions. Responsibilities encompass handling tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from inception to completion, preparing pre-tender questionnaires and bid documentation, developing project case studies and credentials, managing presentations and marketing materials, and aiding the team in recognizing and pursuing new prospects.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills who enjoys synthesizing information, people, and ideas to produce polished and thoughtful proposals. Experience within architectural, design, engineering, or professional service sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
Benefits and Terms
The salary range is €50,000 to €60,000 annually, dependent on experience. Candidates may work fully remote or from the office based in Dublin.
