Role Overview
The Retail Supervisor assists the store leadership by managing assigned operational tasks and acting as a role model to foster excellent sales behaviors and efficient task execution. The focus lies on leading processes, supporting the achievement of targets, and collaboratively delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Duties
- Consistently demonstrate respect towards customers and colleagues, contributing to a supportive workplace.
- Enhance customer loyalty by actively promoting Gap's loyalty programs.
- Act as an expert in brand selling behaviors through role modeling during customer interactions.
- Assist sales leadership especially during less busy periods, maintaining customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate with the store leadership and team members to complete work tasks promptly and effectively.
- Develop and share product lifecycle knowledge with the team.
- Support store opening and closing duties to ensure operational compliance.
- Utilize omni-channel tools to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere strictly to all compliance and operational standards.
