Role Overview

As a Retail Supervisor, you will aid the store's leadership by executing assigned operational tasks, serving as an exemplary role model for the team in sales behaviors and task execution in your specialty area. You will prioritize process leadership, productivity maintenance, and collaboration with leadership to guide your team toward delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues respectfully, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Encourage customer loyalty by informing patrons about the company’s loyalty programs.
• Master and demonstrate Gap’s selling behaviors with every customer to ensure outstanding service.
• Assist sales leadership during off-peak times focusing primarily on customer engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the store leadership and employees to complete tasks efficiently and punctually.
• Develop expertise in the product lifecycle to better support the team.
• Complete store opening or closing procedures and other duties before or after operating hours.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to provide seamless customer experiences.
• Adhere to all compliance and operational standards.
