Position Overview

We’re seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Werribee location. This role involves managing a team, upholding brand standards, and ensuring smooth store operations aligned with Ghanda's core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 members.
• Promote and embody Ghanda's values within the store team.
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising and brand presentation guidelines.
• Coordinate stock levels with the Stock Allocator and independently manage inventory to optimize sales floor utilization.
• Prepare and oversee store rosters, sales analytics, and compliance adherence for the store and team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership ability, with a front-facing, empowering approach consistent with company values.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong fundamentals in retail operations.
• Experience in retail or hospitality beneficial but not mandatory; the right attitude is paramount.
