About the Role
Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Canberra City team in the Australian Capital Territory. This position involves managing store operations, guiding a team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while upholding the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 15 team members.
- Promote and embody Ghanda's organizational values within the store team.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation with adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and brand directives.
- Collaborate with the Stock Allocator and independently manage stock levels to optimize floor space returns.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and compliance for both store and team.
