Retail Store Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join one of India’s premier eyewear brands. This role involves leading store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase store sales, improve conversion rates, and meet business targets consistently.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve high performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory control and cash handling.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) adherence, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing needs, shift scheduling, and overall store performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years experience in a Store Manager role.
• Graduates with 4+ years total professional experience; undergraduates with 6+ years total experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in managing teams and executing plans effectively.

Additional Information

• Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 10 AM and 10 PM.
• Working Days: 6 days per week with rotational offs.
• Location: Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
