Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to become a pivotal member of our team in Steinbach, Manitoba. This leadership position involves inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing store operations effectively in a vibrant, fast-moving setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, merchandise handling, and back-room processes.
• Uphold superior customer service and operational standards by communicating updates clearly and ensuring unified team efforts.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, foster teamwork, and train associates on service standards and store procedures.
• Develop associate skills related to merchandise presentation and customer interaction, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and cooperation.
• Create appealing merchandise displays in strategic areas to strengthen the store’s brand presence and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or service experience, understanding customers’ needs and store operations.
• Demonstrate a cooperative approach that supports productive teamwork and positive work relationships.
• Effectively handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a busy work environment, adapting as necessary.
• Exhibit strong communication and time management capabilities to ensure clear dialogue and task prioritization.
