Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, backroom, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior customer service and store operations by providing transparent updates and aligning the team.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks while cultivating teamwork and training associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor associates in merchandise presentation and customer service to nurture ongoing improvement.
• Strengthen the store’s brand and value proposition through engaging merchandise displays at strategic locations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1-2 years in retail or service sectors, with a thorough understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Teamwork: Ability to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Multitasking: Skilled at handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving atmosphere and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Communication & Time Management: Proficient in clear communication and prioritizing tasks effectively.
