Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Fort St John, BC. This role involves leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have leadership qualities and enjoy setting standards through example.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, back room activities and merchandise processing.
• Uphold high customer service and store operation standards by keeping the team informed and aligned.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks while fostering teamwork and coaching associates on policy and procedures.
• Train team members on merchandise presentation and customer engagement, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Elevate the store brand through attractive merchandise displays in strategic locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years’ experience in retail or service sectors with a solid understanding of customer expectations and operational workflows.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, promoting collaboration and positive working relationships.
• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic setting and adapt well to shifting demands.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and excellent time management to share information clearly and prioritize tasks effectively.
