About the Role
As a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team, empowered to confidently execute your responsibilities and understand the significance of your work. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recent leadership experience eager to advance their retail career.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated hourly wage is approximately $22.00, contingent on location, expertise, education, and experience. You will also be eligible for a monthly bonus. Our benefits package for associates and their families includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible team members may participate in the company 401k plan with a matching contribution. Paid time off is generous, with accruals up to 152 hours annually encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, in addition to up to 64 hours of paid sick leave unless stipulated by law.
Work Schedule
Work hours respect operational timings from 6am to 10pm, with scheduling designed to accommodate work-life balance.

Primary Responsibilities
- Exemplify and uphold excellent customer service standards
- Maintain a store environment that is safe, tidy, and well-organized
- Develop versatile skills by cross-training across all store functions, including stocking and sales duties
- Lead, mentor, and nurture team members
- Function as the Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
- Perform other duties as required
