Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join a high-performing retail team. This role places great importance on leadership and operational excellence, ideal for individuals with recent supervisory experience who aspire to advance their career in retail.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected hourly pay for this position starts at $18.50, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. Qualified employees are also eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Participation in the company's 401(k) plan is available for those who qualify. Employees accumulate up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick leave unless legally specified otherwise.
Work Schedule
Work hours are considered respectful and fall within the retail operating times from 6am to 10pm. The store observes closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and exemplify outstanding customer service standards
