Retail Stocking Supervisor

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate for this role starts at $21.00 per hour, subject to variation based on location, skills, education, and experience. The position also qualifies for monthly performance bonuses. Eligible team members may participate in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave, following legal requirements.

Work Environment and Schedule

Work schedules are considerate, operating within store hours of 6am to 10pm, with the company closing on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold professional customer service standards
• Keep the store safe, clean, and orderly at all times
• Gain experience in all store functions including stocking and sales associate roles through cross-training
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as the designated Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
